My son recommended an attorney, Larry Davis, who recommended Gina Walter. This turned out to be a "picture perfect" relationship. Gina knew what to do and when to do it regarding every step of what could have been a negative experience. Gina guided us through a few bumps in the road as if we were floating on air. Also picture perfect: her huband Al has a professional picture taking ability with the insight to enhance the subject matter which was very impressive. We consider ourselves extremely fortunate to have been exposed, from beginning to end, to such competent, knowledgable and personal professionals. Kudos to the members of such a qualified team. The house was priced appropriately. Pictures for online placement were very well done. We couldn’t be more pleased with the professionalism and consideration shown by Gina and Al in what was a stressful time for us letting go of our home for 47 years. They made the process very easy. They always had our best interest in mind and were always available to answer our questions and concerns. I would recommend them to friends and family without hesitation.

GIna and Al came highly recommended and we were happy they were!! We LOVED GIna!!! Gina and Al went over and beyond for us. Any concern we had they met head-on with compassion and professionalism. Gina made us feel we were her only client!! ( We know better) As previously stated, we were more than satisfied with our experience with Gina and Al.

Very much satisfied and I would recommend them to other sellers Gina and her associates have a very high volume in selling homes quickly. Excellent service and we are much satisfied from beginning to end. Completely satisfied. Gina Walters was the best. Always went above and beyond even though she was the sellers broker. We as buyers did not have a broker. She made sure we had access to the property every time we needed. Answered all our questions in a timely matter. Made us feel that we could always trust her judgement. Met us at the home first day of moving in with a welcome gift. Truly a remarkable person. Will definitely use her in the future.
